Towns of Roxbury and Bridgewater Housing
Rehabilitation Loan Program Information
The Towns of Roxbury and Bridgewater have Community Development Block
Grant funds available for use by income eligible residential property owners for
housing rehabilitation projects. These funds come from the U. S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and are administered at the State
level by the Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD).
The Town of Roxbury will act as the coordinator for the Program for both
communities. The Towns have retained L. Wagner & Associates, Inc. to
coordinate their local Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program and to serve as the

Funds will be distributed on a first come first served basis and are typically
offered in the form of a deferred loan at 0% interest which requires no
repayment until a transfer of title, the owner’s demise, or the subject property is
no longer the applicant’s principal place of residence.

as the Grant funds are accessible.
