The Bridgewater Recreation Commission cooperates with public and private partners and correlates its offerings with other community organizations to promote a healthy lifestyle, good sportsmanship, and a strong sense of community for Bridgewater residents. | | |

TANG SOO DO KARATE for Adults / Children Learn the skills of Tang Soo Do Karate from Black Belt instructor Lorraine Dunn-Laranetto of Bridgewater Karate. Classes are taught in a safe and positive environment with special attention given to developing a student's discipline, focus, and self-control. Open to all ages / levels. REGISTER NOW FOR THE SPRING SHEPAUG BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL SEASONRegistration for all Shepaug Baseball and Softball programs has begun and will take place through February 29th. Any registration received after that will be charged $25 late fee and only accepted if there is room in the program. Children born on April 30, 2007 and earlier are eligible to participate. Would you like to participate in the planning, development and continued growth of certain programs or facilities? We want you! The Recreation Commission seeks volunteers to advocate for targeted areas of recreation. You can help! We can offer so much more with your effort and experience. Volunteers with interests in the following areas (or suggest your own!) sought for special interest committees:

The Bridgewater Pavilion and Recreation Facility is for private use by Bridgewater residents, taxpayers and their guests, Bridgewater businesses that are actually based in Bridgewater, and Bridgewater organizations only.
